The valuation template is a one size fits all, they should have separate templates for vacant land/undeveloped land valuations, residential, farms/ agricultural properties, and commercial properties e.g, offices/Industrial/Retail, Hotels and Guest Houses and Petrol Filling Stations
We were doing a valuation for a stand-alone residential property and were required by the platform to also value the property as if it was a commercial property to complete the valuation.
