How do I Register on Gosmartvalue


Registration on Gosmartvalue does not require payments or any card details 
There are three User Types on Gosmartvalue

Valuers 
Corporates 

Registration Process by User Type

Standard Users

Standard Users
Individuals or small scale property owners, developers or investors who conduct a limited number of transactions per year ; 

1. Click on
Register Now
2. Complete your required information 
     
2.1 If you wish to subscribe to access reports for your decision making processes and transactions ; select a package that suites your needs, 
            2.1.1 Follow prompts make online payment. 
      2.2  If you wish to purchase reports only when you need them proceed with step 4

3. Upload Required KYC documentation 
As a service provider in the real estate industry in Botswana we are required by the Financial Intelligence Act to keep KYC records of all customers on our platform any of the services provided 
4. Proceed to your portal to access what you need 

Valuers 

Register as a Real Estate Valuer 
Valuation is a regulated industry, all practitioners registering as a valuer are required to submit  valid proof of registration from the regulatory authority 
1. Select Join Valuation 
2. Complete all the forms as prompted 
3. Select Subscription Package inline with your business objectives and operations 
4. Follow prompts for payment subscription 

Register as a Corporate Investor/Developer/ Financier 

1. Click on Corporate Page 
2. Complete Query Form 
3. Our Sales Consultants will revert to you for customized account set up
