How to get a detailed valuation report


1. Complete property information forms by inputting the following: 
            -  City/Town/ Village your property is located in 
            - Plot Number 
            - Plot Size 
            - Indicate whether it is Vacant/ Developed/ under development 
            - Select Property Type : Residential / Commercial/ Industrial etc 
2. Enter Property Details 
            - Types of rooms 
            - Number of rooms 
 3. Input Property Features 
            - Swimming pool
            - Boundary Wall 
            - any other features your property has
If the property is not residential Complete the additional information box 
4. Under Report Type :  Select Detailed Report 
5.  Confirm the details of your instruction 
6. Select preffered inspection date and access contacts
7. Select Valuer by Company or Individual 
8. Make Payment of Deposit 
9. Your instruction is issued
You may follow progress of your valuation on My Portal
