We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you did not receive the service that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

To qualify for a refund the following should be true of your purchase;

1. The report you received is a null result for the information you were searching for. 
2. The report you received is not the report you ordered.
3. The report you received has an error message. 

In case of 1. above and the information you seek is not available your refund will be remitted to you within 14 calendar days of your purchase. 
This does not include where you seek to know a quantity of your subject matter and the result is 0. 

For example 
A deeds search for properties owned resulting in 0


In case of 2 and 3 or a variation of them,  and the information you seek is available, you will be provided with the report you ordered at no additional cost. 

Please note that the extent of the information provided on the reports is limited to the information indicated on the respective sample report, and no additional information will be provided unless specifically requested. 

The services provided on this platform are provided within a short period of time and once they have been completed you are deemed to have received such service. All reports are generated in line with standards of practice as prescribed by the relevant legislation in the jurisdiction in which the service is provided.
