Step 2

After filling the form click on the value button, you will be asked to provide your contact details for us to keep in touch with you, this information includes, your first name, last name, phone number and email address. Thereafter you will be prompted to create your password.

Do not forget your password, note it down somewhere.

In a case where you forgot your password, click on the "forgot password" link below the standard user log form where you will be asked to enter your email address to reset your password.

Make sure your password is alphanumeric i.e., characters representing the numbers 0 – 9, the letters A – Z (both uppercase and lowercase), and some common symbols such as @ # * and &.

You will get a pop up notification that you have been successfully registered into our database.

Step 3 

Fill the next form about further details of your property as prompted on the form, then click the next arrow at the bottom of the form to add more features about your property.

Step 4

Thereafter, click on next and select whether you want an instant valuation report or a detailed valuation report where you issue an instruction to a valuer to perform a detailed valuation on your property.
