How to Upload Vendor Bills

Step 1: Sign In
  1. Click the  icon at the top right hand corner of the page
  2. Fill in your valid email address and password
  3. Click 'Login' button 
(NB: You must have been added as a Vendor by a Corporate)


Step 2: Create a file of Bills
  1. Click icon on the left menu bar
  2. Click  arrow and select icon
  3. Click on the button to download a sample file
  4. Open the downloaded file
  5. Replace the content of each row with the Payers' Billing information (Note that the date is in the format MM/DD/YYY)
  6. Click 'Save' to accept the changes to the downloaded file

Step 3: Upload Bills
  1. Click  button and select the saved file from your system / device
  2. Click 'Ok' to preview the uploaded bills
  3. Click button for an auto-assessment of the uploaded bills
  4. Feedback from the assessment is displayed on the webpage 
  5. Click 'Ok' to complete the upload process

Step 4: View Bills
  1. Click  to see a list of uploaded bills and the respective status
  2. Select a date range to search uploaded bills by a specific date
  3. Select a payment status to search uploaded bills by status
